Frequently asked questions¶

Where do I find liked quotes?¶

Open Settings → Modules & Today → Quotes → Liked or click the saved quotes icon next to the banner on Dashboard or Today. The heart saves a quote to the current account, so it is available after signing in again and on another device.

In My quotes you can add, edit and delete your own private quotes. They also appear in the banner rotation. Deleting your own quote also removes it from the liked list.

If your browser holds likes from an old app version, choose Import quotes to move them to the current account. Later keeps them for later. A failed or incomplete import keeps the local copy.

Go to Settings → Modules & Today and check whether the module is enabled. When all modules belonging to one group are turned off, the whole group disappears too.

Where are tasks without a date?¶

Open Planning → Tasks. It is the place meant among other things for tasks that have not yet been placed in the plan.

Where do I find overdue tasks?¶

If such tasks exist, the Overdue entry appears directly in the side menu with their count.

Where do I change account details or the password?¶

Open Settings from the side menu or from the user menu in the top right corner. Login, password change and recovery are described in password and login.

How do I secure my data?¶

On the Settings page, in the data section, choose Export Data. The resulting JSON file can later be loaded through Import Data. Details: importing and exporting data.

Does changing a habit's frequency move already generated tasks?¶

No. Changing the rule alone rewrites nothing. The Refresh button on the habits page deletes occurrences without an assigned date and creates them again from today to the end of the year per the current rules. Occurrences with a date and tasks copied to the planner through Add to week stay unchanged. Details: habits.

Does editing an entry in Dates update the task in the planner?¶

No. The one-off planner task is created only when the date is created. Later editing does not create a second copy and does not move the existing one — you change the task separately in the planner. Details: important dates.

Does cleaning synchronization with the week delete completed tasks?¶

No. The Synchronize week operation never touches completed tasks. It moves open tasks to the checked days, creates missing ones and deletes only the open tasks whose day was unchecked. Details: cleaning.

Does checking off a pet activity change the task in the planner?¶

Yes. Changing the status in the Pets module updates the linked copy in the planner. If updating the copy fails, the app shows a warning that the status changed only in the module. Details: pet care.

Does a Bucket List target date go to the planner?¶

No. Target date is only an aspirational date on the dream card — it creates no task and no overdue item. A past target marks the Target passed label. Details: bucket list.

How long does the password recovery link work?¶

The link sent by Forgot password? is valid for 60 minutes. The new password must have at least 8 characters. An expired or used link must be replaced with a new one through Request a new link. Details: password and login.

How many characters can a forum post have?¶

Thread title 3–120 characters, body up to 5000, and a reply up to 2000 characters. A post may contain at most 10 links, and a thread up to 5 tags. Details: forum.

No. Turning off a module in Settings → Modules, Dashboard & Today only hides it from the menu. Turning it back on restores the entry together with its data. Details: customizing settings.
